The most amazing dealership I've ever seen. First time ever at a dealership that gives the customer a true VIP feeling. It has a cafe ( diner really ), massage chairs, nail salon, small miniature golf course and a dock were you can fish from!!

My service rep, Rob, was very good at his job. The multiple maintenance tasks were completed quicker than I expected and at a fair cost. I’m a happy camper.

I recently purchased a 2025 Land cruiser from Beaver Toyota from what I would say is hands down the best associate to work with, Kevin Betancourt. From start to finish, Kevin B made sure the process was easy. He never pressured me into the sale and worked with me on numbers to make sure I got the deal I was looking for. I did have a small hiccup with Service getting my new tires installed, and I reached out to Kevin and he was ON IT. Within 15 minutes my small delay was rectified and I was back in action. He went above and beyond to help me before and after the sale. A true gentleman to work with. I can't recommend him enough, if you are in the market and shopping at Beaver Toyota, look for Kevin Batencourt, he will make the process painless and enjoyable. I went to Beaver Toyota when we first moved to the area a few months ago. My husband bought a brand new Tacoma. We had a great experience, so we decided to trade in our car and purchase a pre-owned car over the weekend. Our salesperson was Ed Gordon. I started communicating with Ed via text, we made an appointment to see the car we were interested in. From the time I met Ed I got the feeling that he wasn't the usual "pushy annoying" car salesperson..lol. I was right, Ed went through everything with me during the sales process, answered all our questions, and was not pushy at all. He kept saying buy a car especially pre-owned is a big decision, and he understood if we backed out, but we loved the car and purchased it. No pressure from Ed, he was very professional during the whole process. Thank u Ed 😁 .

My husband and I came on a Sunday a few weeks ago. We knew we wanted to try Toyota for our next car because we had heard such great feedback on reliability. As someone who does not like going to dealerships because of the stereotypes they have I can honestly say it was an incredible experience. Oraine was who we worked with and it was an extremely positive experience. He explained everything in the process thoroughly and worked with us. Gill made sure to check on us and helped sort through a deal with us. There was no pressure involved from either of them which made me have peace of mind. Seth from finance explained the steps and took us through that process. Overall, very knowledge team and we have recommended Beaver to many strangers and friends. Next thing I knew we were ringing the bell and drove out of there with our new car which we love and have been getting compliments on by strangers! So recently had to buy for financial reasons. Started with just taking my other car in to get a second option & ended ho trading it in for a new Corolla. Never thought I'd be the person to buy a new car but hey here I am. I worked with Colin who is also a friend so yes he gave me exceptional service as well as others who were working that day. Loved the dealership itself, I'll be back for my first oil change at 5k. Thanks again for the honestly and being very helpful during a very stressful time.

Gill and Riley were a pleasure to work with! We didn't get a Toyota but a 2024 Honda Odyssey Elite ! After being at multiple Honda dealers within a two hour radius and not having a great experience as far as negotiation, and double fees, Toyota Beaver did right by us!

Beaver Toyota has all new state of the art innovations and technologies. This dealership is now truly a one stop shopping. I met a new friend today. Colton, my Service Representative. He was absolutely wonderful, a joy to talk with, friendly, helpful and always ahead of the game. It is true, “ THEY ARE HERE TO WOW YOU”.

I always buy my cars from Beaver Toyota! It’s not Like any other dealership I have ever been too! You can tell the folks that work here really like their jobs it reflects in their attitude! It’s easy and they really work with you to get you what you want! Payment wise and the car! I’ve purchased 4 cars from this dealership and when I’m ready to trade again this is where I’ll go. I live on St. George Island,FL so it’s not easy to get there but it’s so worth it!!! They’ll even bring the car to you if you can make it to them. The best customer service anywhere hands down!
